By using ReCodex Companion or ReCodexPhone, you agree to use the software responsibly and only within the limits of applicable law and the platforms you connect to.
Use of the product
You are responsible for the Macs, repositories, paired devices, and connected services you use with the product. Keep your own backups, access controls, and security practices in place.
No warranty
The software is provided as-is. We aim to keep the experience stable and professional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every setup, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product, including loss of data, repository state, or workflow interruptions.
